Review in Progress Reports, Unsigned Reports, Open Machine Log Incidents, and Open Tasks

You can review completed and in-progress QA reports from the Review link on the main toolbar.

The Review list contains any in-progress reports, unsigned reports, and open Machine Log incidents for all schedules the current user can view.

The report status provides an indication as to each report's progress.

• An ‘In-Progress’ status indicates that the report has been saved but not finalized.

• An ‘Action’ status indicates that the report has been finalized but there are one or measurements that exceed action limits.

• A ‘Warning’ status indicates that the report has been finalized but there are one or measurements that exceed tolerance limits.

• A ‘Pass’ status indicates that the report has been finalized and all measurements have passed. 

Click on the status to open the report.

• A ‘Y’ in the comments column indicates a comment was added. Click on the ‘Y’ to view the comment.

• A ‘Y’ in the Signed column indicates that one or more people have signed off on the report. Click the ‘Y’ to see who has signed off on the report.

To sign a report click on the status to open the report. Click on the signature icon in the upper right and enter your username and password.
