This section provides instructions on managing your user settings and personal information.
Changing Your Password
- Navigate to My Settings
- Select the My Password tab and complete the fields to change your password.
- Click the Change button to save the new password.
Updating User Information
- On the My Settings tab, personal contact information can be updated as well as report delivery frequency and preferences.
Edit report preferences.
- Click the Change button to save.
Account Access Levels
There are 5 levels of access that individual members of your team can be assigned. The basic permissions are listed below. For further details on access levels, please contact Image Owl customer service.
OWL Read Only
Users in this group can view uploaded data, plots, and reports, but are not able to upload data or modify existing data themselves.
Users in this group are able to upload scans and view scanner and site reports.
OWL Data Viewer
Users in this group are able to upload phantom image scans and view reports for sites, studies, and posts. In addition users in this group are able to traverse the tree hierarchy (add/delete/edit folders) and view and graph collected data.
OWL Data Viewer Lite
This group is similar to the OWL Data Viewer, but will not be able to view the medical studies.
Users in this group are able to upload phantom scans and view reports on sites, studies, and posts. They are able to manage forms, cards, and card items to edit pass/fail limits. Users in this group are able to traverse the tree hierarchy, adding folders and posts, and also editing the existing structure.
