If you are signed in as the primary user (owner) you will be able to set the following for your account:
- Account Calendar
- Calibration Notifications
- Equipment Hub End of Support
- Overdue Schedule Notifications
- Report Sign-off Requirements
- Co-owner Designation
- Login
- Machines in Use
Navigate to Manage - Account Settings to manage any of these settings.
Account Calendar
The Account Calendar section can be used to set the site time zone and working days. Working days and time will be used to determine things like Machine Log down time and when a report sign off is overdue. Working days set for individual sites will override those for the account. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Calibration Notifications
Notifications for expiring calibration factors may be configured in the Calibration Notifications section. Any built in Expiration Date field under the Calibrations link will trigger a notification based on the settings in this section.
- The Receive calibration emails before expiration date drop down determines how long before the expiration to send a notification.
- The Days between notifications dropdown determines how frequent the notifications will be.
- Any users with the roles selected will receive the notifications.
To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Equipment Hub End of Support
Notifications for Equipment Hubs nearing end of support may be configured in the Equipment Hub End of Support section. Any users selected will be notified when any of the installed Equipment Hubs for the account will require an update to continue functioning in the near future. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Overdue Schedule Notifications
When a schedule is past its due date a notification may be sent out to users. The Overdue Schedule Notifications sections determines which user roles will be notified. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Report Sign-off Requirements
The Report Sign-off Requirements section is used to determine if reports are signed off in time. If left blank, no sign off will be required. This is used to track if reports are signed on time in the in summary reports. The number entered should be the number of days between finalization and sign off allowed. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Co-owner Designation
In this section, the current owner can designate additional users that will have most ownership privileges. Co-owners may not assign other co-owners. If a co-owner is deleted they return to their original role. Co-owners will be able to see any Manage pages that only the owner can see. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Login
Various password restrictions may be added or edited in the Login section. These will not impact accounts using single sign on using your organizations chosen authentication protocol. To save any changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Machines in Use
The Machines in Use section displays the number of each type of machine at each site as well as totals for the account broken down by billable and non-billable machines. If a new site or machine is required it may be requested using the Request new site/machine button.
