Drag and Drop from Browser Bar
The simplest method to create a shortcut on the desktop, or elsewhere, is to drag the icon out of the browser address bar and onto the desktop or folder. Here is an example:
The shortcut will use the default browser to open TotalQA®. To use a different browser, see the next section.
Create a Shortcut that Specifies the Browser
To specify the browser used, rather than the default browser, create a new shortcut using the steps below:
- Right click anywhere on the desktop
- Hover over new until the submenu appears
- Click Shortcut
- Type in the location of the browser executable file enclosed in quotes followed by https://tqa.imageowl.com
- Click Next
- Type a name for the shortcut
- Click Finish

Chrome | "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" https://tqa.imageowl.com |
Edge | "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" https://tqa.imageowl.com |
Firefox | "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" https://tqa.imageowl.com |
