Errors for Equipment Hub will appear on the lower right corner of the browser. Below is a list of common fixes for the "Unable to connect to the equipment hub, please make sure it is running" error.
Restart the Equipment Hub service. |
Ensure that access to https://tqa-eqhub2.imageowl.com/ and https://tqaspool.imageowl.com/spool are accessible from the computer where the Equipment Hub service is hosted. |
Whitelist the Equipment Hub service on its host computer's firewall for both inbound and outbound rules. |
