Errors for Equipment Hub will appear on the lower right corner of the browser. Below is a list of common fixes for the "No trend data was found in the given date" error.
Check that the date specified in the new QA is correct. |
Check the QA device software to ensure there is a measurement on the specified date. |
For Daily QA 3 using software versions 3.1 or greater (using the MS SQL for the database), ensure that for each Daily QA 3 device that there is an unexpired decryption installed in the database. |
