Total QA has incorporated an Incident Learning System (ILS). ILS provides a mechanism to capture incidents where an adverse outcome occurred or had the potential to occur, analyze it alongside salient QA data, determine root cause, and use that information to prevent future incidents.
Now machine QA data, longitudinal data, machine log incidents, and ILS incidents can be viewed within a single platform. Existing users can be given an ILS role or new users can be created with limited access that allows them access to ILS incidents of any machine to which they are attached.
Stock categories and priorities are provided but these can be removed or modified to suite your organizational needs. Search and filtering capabilities can be used to drill down and make the most out of the information captured in ILS.
