Manage Severity Labels

Severity can be used to further categorize ILS incidents and is intended to narrow searches.

To manage ILS Severity Labels, click Manage on the main navigation pane and then click the Severities link. Below is an example of the Manage ILS Severity Labels screen:  

Click on the + Add severity button to add a new label or click the Edit button to edit an existing label. Either choice will display a similar popup where a new severity label can be edited or an existing severity label modified:
